Refund policy

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it for a refund, swap or credit.

To return an item, please email shop@commonplace.co.nz. You must return the item (at your cost) within 7 days of the date you received, in the same condition as it arrived e.g. unworn, and with the original tags.

All sale items are final and may not be exchanged for a refund. Swaps for alternative sizes will be permitted depending on availability.

Please note that all Black Friday purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is faulty as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
