We ship worldwide. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed after Friday and over the weekend 1pm UTC/GMT + 12 hours will begin processing on the following Monday.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

New Zealand: Free overnight shipping with any purchase over $100, $7 overnight shipping for purchases under $100.

Australia: Free shipping for purchases over $150. $20 shipping for purchases under $150.

Global: Free shipping for orders over $750. $75 for orders over $300. $100 for orders under $300.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it for a refund, swap or credit.

To return an item, please email shop@commonplace.co.nz within seven days of receiving the item. You must return the item (at your cost) within two weeks of the date you received, in the same condition as it arrived e.g. unworn, and with the original tags.

All sale purchases are final. We're unable to offer refunds or store credit on sale items, so please take a moment with our size guide before checking out, or get in touch if you'd like a hand choosing your fit.

If the size isn't quite right, we're happy to swap it for another size in the same style, depending on availability. Just email us within 14 days of your order arriving and we'll see what we can do. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act if an item arrives faulty.
